Nothing is better than music;
When it takes us out of time,
it has done more for us
than we have the right to hope for.
Please!!!!

Hi all!

I've just gotten the blog details from Jun Wen as I would like to post something very IMPORTANT for the p6. It may be long, but I still hope all of you will understand after reading.

P6s, I know this is our PSLE year. Many of you may think: We are p6 and we are having our PSLE this year. Why must we still go for Chinese Orchestra? I thought we can leave Chinese Orchestra after SYF?
If you are saying this to me, I will reply, " But we still have a performance on 18 July and it's our Kong Hwa's OWN performance!!!"
For the people who took part in the last SYF, may say, " But the last SYF, our seniors, which are p6 on that year, didn't went for any concert straight after SYF! So why must we go?"
For the people who didn't took part in the last SYF, may say, " So what if there is a performance? We are p6 and we should be concentrating on our PSLE!"
Well, I shall tell you what are the difference with last SYF pupils and PSLE.

During the last SYF, there are NOT as MANY p6 as NOW. If we leave the p5s and below pupils to perform, there will not be enough people. As for our PSLE, I don't think it will affect it. It's not that we have to practise everyday. We still have time to study. Though time may be flying fast now and our PSLE is getting nearer, the performance is not on October right? None of you will want to see Kong Hwa's Chinese Orchestra disband right? On Monday, though I didn't went for the morning lesson, I can see from the afternoon's teacher that they are very worried. Do you even know what is TEAM WORK?? TEAM WORK is very important for groups like us. Please STOP thinking about YOURSELF! STOP being SELFISH! START thinking about the CHINESE ORCHESTRA and TEACHERS! Please WAKE UP! Please, please, please, just wake up.

To the CELLO group:
Guys, our group is getting BAD TO WORSE. I don't hope it will become WORST. As a leader, I can't pretend that I didn't see anything. Read the parts with your name.
Wei Xian : I'm glad that you will be going for the friday practise but I still hope you will go for ALL. Can?
Damian : Is not that you say you don't feel like going than don't go. I've explained about the PSLE and I hope you can really help.
Aloysius : I hope you will go for all the lesson and don't say you forgot got lesson or anything like this. Though your skills are not as good as Wei Xian, Damian and I, you still can help us. I really hope you will go.
Ru Hui : You said the things that I wrote above. I hope you can wake up.
Wen Jie : You are in China. You went back to your hometown. I know you miss your hometown so I won't blame you.
Marilyn : I still don't know if you are willing to go the practises but I hope you do.
Yi Cong : I know your mother don't let. I really hope you can go some of the lessons.
All Cello members : Please, we are SHORT-HANDED. I hope all of you can go and not only the leader and assisstant leader. Please help!!

P6s, I hope all of you understand. Please help the Chinese Orchestra. We have alot of TEAM WORK spirit before SYF. I hope we can still have the TEAM WORK spirit now. Hope to see more and more people going for the practises.

Loves,
~ Claire Lee Pei Xuan ~
